Book Proof Completion

The work is complete. Now it’s time for production to get underway. I’ve approved the final proofs and submitted the copyright application. Infinity takes over now and we move on to whatever happens next. Boy! I am glad we have made it this far.

Book release update

I just received (hopefully) my last proof package from my publisher. I can now go in and check out the changes we coordinated a couple of weeks back and see how things have come together. I am very hopeful everything is in order and we can move along into production.

The book cover looks good and I am glad we decided to go with the 2^nd choice instead of the original the publisher had put together—really glad.

The next step takes us into the realm of marketing and getting the word out. I’m really looking forward to tackling this area where I have very little experience.

Getting closer every day!

I had a phone meeting this past week with my publisher (Infinity Publishing) and we are right on track for a Fall release of “There’s a Moose in the Guard Shack”. I have made the first pass through the proofs and am waiting on documents for the final pass and schedule from marketing.

Everything has gone amazing so far and I’m looking forward to the next couple of exciting weeks.
